CTX Facility Services is a locally owned and operated facilities maintenance service. We are proud and very grateful to serve the greater Austin area, which we’ve been doing since 2016. CTX offers a variety of interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance services, all of which compliment one another. From interior cleaning to complete commercial landscape and design projects, CTX offers a specific line up of residential and commercial services.

Our inside crews keep your indoor spaces clean. Hard floors, carpeted areas and windows are properly maintained according to annual cleaning maintenance plans, custom for each property. Our exterior grounds crew offers a general approach to maintaining, designing and bringing life your exterior and outdoor spaces.
