Who we are
Glad you found us. The business owner, Scott, would like to think we're simply a hardworking, locally owned and operated property maintenance business operating throughout Central Texas. We've been around since 2016, when we simply cleaned and maintained commercial buildings and residential properties, along with some exterior grounds work. Scott, along with a few family members and friends, humbly began the business about a decade ago. From interior cleaning, to large exterior landscape projects, CTX now offers a variety of interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance services, all of which compliment one another. Our clients often say they appreciate an ability to hire one contractor, for several of the diverse cleaning and maintenance services which commercial and residential properties require. We're glad to help them, and we look forward to speaking with you!

Whether you're in need of a one-time residential service, or general routine commercial cleaning and maintenance, CTX is here to accommodate. From residential maid services and housekeeping, to commercial janitorial services and general maintenance, our interior teams keep your indoor spaces clean. This includes all flooring, hard and carpeted areas. restrooms and bathrooms, windows, baseboards, repairs and general install. When it comes to interior cleaning, there isn't much we don't offer when it comes to residential and commercial cleaning.
