CTX Facility Services is a locally owned cleaning and property maintenance service operating in both commercial and residential markets throughout Austin and Central Texas. We're honored to say we've been professionally serving our local communities since 2016. Glad you found us!
Scott, the business owner, along with a few family members and friends, humbly began the business about a decade ago. From interior cleaning, such as janitorial, carpet, hard-floor and window cleaning to exterior lawn and landscape projects, CTX Facility Services has slowly crafted a variety of cleaning and property maintenance services. All of our services strategically supplement each other, allowing us to maintain entire spaces. This eases the burden on our clients when it comes to hiring local service providers. With CTX as your resource, you're hiring one provider to handle a variety, if not all, of your properties cleaning and maintenance demands, rather than outsourcing to numerous contractors.
